KinderKirk PreSchool

Kinderkirk Preschool, a ministry of the Spring Lake Presbyterian Church, is based on Christian principles with emphasis on the children learning to have faith in a loving God who created the world for them to explore and enjoy. Such faith provides them with a strong foundation on which to build the concept of their own self-worth and assures them of a secure and loving environment in which to grow. Kinderkirk’s approach is to plan stimulating activities that encourage exploration in a relaxed atmosphere, allowing each youngster to develop at their own pace and in their own individual style. The curriculum is designed to provide children with activities and experiences that promote social and emotion growth; encourages them to express their creativity; supports their developing self-knowledge, independence, confidence, and self-worth while also teaching them to respect the rights and differences of others; expands their ability to express themselves, and aids in the development of small and large muscle skills. The Kinderkirk program considers the whole child and is designed to develop the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual potential of each preschooler involved.
